How do I navigate the Flitz Fotos website?

Can Flitz Fotos deliver to me at…?

Although some destinations may take a little longer than normal, we can ship to pretty well anywhere in the world. So, as long as you haven’t asked us to deliver to somewhere we simply aren’t able to identify (in which case we’ll email you with a query) we can probably get your order to you.

However, if it's not unusual for you to have trouble getting deliveries in your area, we recommend you contact us before you place your order. We can then work out together the best way to get your prints to you.

Incidentally, when we can we'll ask you to sign to say you’ve received your new print, so we recommend you provide us with an address that will be manned throughout the working day.

Can I send an order to someone else?

Certainly you can; the only constraint is that the “billing” address you enter during payment must be the address known to your card issuer. As far as the delivery address is concerned, you can enter any valid address you like.

A word of warning though, because we confirm orders and their despatch by email, it's a good idea to use your own email address. That way you won’t risk spoiling any surprise.

How will my print be packaged?

Our top priority is getting your order to you in perfect condition. So we first protect the face of your print with a sheet of acid free tissue paper and then we roll it carefully and pack it into a larger and stronger then normal mailing tube.

Although we include a packing note with our prints, we will never include your payment details.

Who will deliver my order?

So that we get your print to you as soon as possible, we use on a variety of shipping companies, sometimes together with the local postal service.

How long will my delivery take?

Generally you can expect your new print to arrive within 5-10 working days of your receipt of our order confirmation email. However, delivery to some countries may take longer due to delays through customs etc.

Please note also that customs rules can change and this can not only cause further delay but may also result in extra import charges. We are not liable for any such delays or additional charges.

Nor, incidentally can we be held responsible for your local (or any intermediate) customs prohibiting delivery or confiscating your print. We therefore recommend you check relevant local laws before you place your order. Such problems are unlikely but it's probably worth just checking.

Can I track my order’s progress?

Not online I'm afraid. If you are still within the expected delivery time, the best thing to do is just to wait, the chances are your print will arrive within the time we've said. However, if you haven’t even received a despatch confirmation within the expected delivery time, please get in touch with us via our Contact page. We'll then email you as quickly as we can with any further information we have.

Rest assured that if for any reason we know we won’t be able to make you delivery on time, we'll contact you via email to let you know.

Can I change the address I’ve asked you to deliver to?

That depends on where we are in the production/delivery cycle. If your print is still in production, yes you probably can. If it’s already shipped I’m afraid there’s nothing we can do.

If you do discover you gave us the wrong delivery address, please send your correct address to us as soon as you possibly can via our Contact page. We’ll then contact you within eight working hours (UK time) to tell you whether or not we can make the change.

I haven’t received my order, where is it?

When we despatch your order we’ll send you an email to tell you so. Assuming you’ve received your despatch email but your print hasn’t arrived within the expected time (up to 5 working days in the UK), we suggest you first contact your local post office. You'd be surprised how often they hold deliveries, often it's simply because they found nobody home when they tried to deliver. If your local post office can’t help, please get in touch via our Contact page to let us know. Include in your message your order number and correct delivery address and we'll try to resolve the difficulty as quickly as we can.

Alternatively, if you haven’t received your despatch confirmation email within 5 working days of your order confirmation, please email us from your own email address to let us know. We’ll then investigate and will let you know, within 24 hours, what has happened. It’s important you email us so that we have your correct email address, as the one we already have may not be correct.

Can I return my Print?

Firstly we regret we can’t accept the return of a print simply because you’ve changed your mind; we urge you therefore to take care to order only those prints you really want.

If, however, your print is damaged in transit, providing you first contact us to get prior authorisation, you may return the damaged print for replacement.

Also, if your print arrives damaged, it’s important that you retain our original packaging and return it with the damaged print to:

We regret we can’t accept any print returned without prior authorisation and the original packaging. Once we’ve received and confirmed the damage to your print, we shall replace it at no cost to you. We shall, of course, also refund in full your return postage costs.
